Refund Policy

Refunds
If for some reason you really do not like your Natural Deodorant Cream you can simply return it, under the condition it is your first purchase. To complete your return, you must email hello@indigenousbeauty.co.uk with a reason. We will email you to confirm we have received your request and when the refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If your deodorant is defective or damaged you can exchange it. Simply take a photo of the faulty product and email hello@indigenousbeauty.co.uk explaining the issue.
